Limerick Lodge is the perfect mountain vacation home with over 2000 square feet of living space, and there is room for everyone and all of the conveniences of home (plus some). If you visit once, we are confident that you will return again for the fun, hospitality, beauty, and comfort. Main Level Space When you walk in the door, you enter the fully equipped kitchen complete with ceramic cook top range, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a table with seating for the entire family. To the left is a hall, with large storage closet, and entrance to the master bedroom. The private bathroom features a large corner bathtub, shower, and long vanity. Straight ahead from the kitchen is the living room, complete with gas-log fireplace (with windows on each side), a line of windows overlooking the yard, and doors to the deck. There is also a 50" high-definition LCD television with DirecTV (Extra Choice package with over 200 channels), DVD player, and movies for your viewing (or bring your own). To the left of the living area is a bathroom with large shower and the second bedroom. Walk up the stairs in the living area to the loft for two twin beds, futon, and half bath. This space is great for children to have a space of their own. Dine in or al fresco! There is a gas grill, ample seating, and beautiful views from the deck. It is a great place to relax with a book, take in the fresh mountain air, or just to sit and take in the beauty of the area. Lower Level Entertainment The lower level has so many entertainment options that you will need at least a weekend to enjoy them all! There is a seating area (sleeper sofa) and large flat-screen television with the DirecTV channels, DVD, and VCR. There is a gaming table that seats 4 and a hutch with games. Plus, there is a Foosball table, ping pong table and pool table. Large windows let in plenty of light. Also, on this level is the washer/dryer and a full bathroom (with bathtub and shower). Outdoor Fun The yard is huge! Walk down to the lake and there is a small sandy area. In the garage is a canoe for use on the lake. Grab some poles and go fishing (a license is required); the lake is stocked every year. Build castles in the sand. There is also a fire pit. Just imagine roasting marshmallows under the stars! There truly is something for everyone at this mountain retreat.
